Job description

To be at the front office for welcoming, public relation and managing the visitors to GTA.

Creation of Purchase Orders limited to creating POs in the ERP system. Each individual requestor will remain responsible for managing the process up to the payment stage.

Managing the supply of goods (office daily consumable and beverage supply) for GTA offices.

To assist and monitor to Facility Operations: Supervise day to day facility needs to ensure smooth functioning of workshop, warehouses and administrative areas.

To assist to provide Maintenance Planning: Develop and Implement preventative facility maintenance program to optimize facility functionality and minimize downtime.

To assist on Space Utilization: Manage facility space allocation to maximize efficiency and support operational requirements.

To assist to carry out all HSE-related matters and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and responsibilities.

To assist to introduce and promote safety working environment and practices in the offices, workshops and warehouses.

To assist to carry out tasks related to office and facility renovation and building of new facility.

To assist to manage all the vendors and subcontractors related to the maintenance and uplifting the building and facility.

To assist to undertake additional projects, assignments, and responsibilities as directed by HOD.

To carry out tasks as instructed by HOD.
