About the role

We are seeking a talented Front Office Executive to join the vibrant team at Arena Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's front desk operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, reservation handling, and guest inquiries.

Ensure efficient and courteous customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions.

Assist with room assignments and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Actively promote the hotel's facilities, services, and special offers to guests.

Contribute to the development and implementation of front desk procedures and policies.

Provide support and training to front desk staff as needed.
