Job summary

A leading leisure and hospitality company in Genting Highlands, Malaysia is seeking candidates for a customer service role. You will be responsible for handling check-in and check-out transactions, managing guest reservations, and computing bills. The ideal candidate must have at least an SPM qualification or a Diploma in Hotel Management, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM is required, with preference for Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management.
  • Height requirements: 160 cm for male and 157 cm for female.
  • Must be able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Chinese dialects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle check-in and check-out transactions.
  • Key in customer data in GHPMS.
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Post charges to guest folio.
  • Make restaurant or entertainment reservations for guests.
