Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Genting Highlands. The role involves performing receptionist duties such as greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, and managing communications through calls and emails. Additionally, the Front Desk Representative will provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. The role requires a professional attitude and the ability to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, ensuring professional and organized guest interactions.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of managing Reservations and booking systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as well as prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
