1. Client Interaction & Customer Service
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in.
- Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Benphysio’s services and offerings.
- Manage client feedback and escalate complaints to the Branch Manager/HR when necessary.
2. Appointment & Scheduling Management
- Coordinate and schedule physiotherapy appointments for clients.
- Maintain and update physiotherapist schedules to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-ups to clients.
3. Administration & Records Management
- Maintain accurate client records and update the system accordingly.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly appointment logs and reports.
4. Operational Support
- Assist in organizing branch-level events or activities when required.
- Support physiotherapists in managing their schedules and client flow.
- Ensure reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
5. Other Duties
- Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by Branch Manager or Head Office.
- Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
