Qualifications

  • Previous experience as Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician or similar role is an added advantage.
  • Experience in using computer software for scheduling and billing.
  • Willingness to learn about the clinic's services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Handling patient registration and updating their information.
  • Coordinating with medical staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks like filing and data entry.

  • 管理预约安排并确认预约。
  • 处理患者登记并在系统中更新患者信息。
  • 与医务人员协调,确保患者流程顺畅。
  • 在接待区保持清洁和组织。
  • 协助处理文件、数据录入和库存管理等行政任务。
  • 协助创建和管理销售文件,包括发票、收据等。
  • 遵守有关患者信息的保密和隐私法规。
  • 执行指派的其他临时任务、项目及工作要求。
Job Responsibilities

  • Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
