About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor and will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our sea import freight forwarding operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee and coordinate all customer service activities related to sea import freight forwarding operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage and mentor a team of customer service professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, identify and address pain points, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient delivery of freight forwarding services.
  • Analyse customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
