Job summary

Esprawell is seeking a freelance Web Developer/UX Designer in Malaysia (Puchong) to manage and optimize multiple websites. You will work on WordPress/WooCommerce, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to improve UX, speed, and conversion, while launching new product pages and landing pages.

This role offers flexible hours, remote-friendly arrangements and long-term retainer opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on web development & UX design experience.
• Proficient in WordPress / WooCommerce, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills & eye for seamless user journeys
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for cross-team communication)
• Location : Puchong, Selangor (Hybrid / Flexible) | Freelance / Project-Based

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize company websites (Easy.com.my & group sites)
• Improve website speed, UX/UI, and conversion rates
• Launch new product listings, service pages, and promotional landing pages
• Monitor SEO, performance metrics, and fix functional bugs
• Collaborate with marketing & business teams to grow online sales
