OLIVER is seeking an Integrated Project Manager (Account Manager) to lead high-volume media campaigns from Kuala Lumpur. You will drive end-to-end production across print, OOH, online video and TV, coordinating with regional teams and external studios.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of integrated project management experience in media production.
• Experience coordinating print, OOH, online video and TV campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke timelines based on channel and market lead times.
• Brief creative studio on campaign specifics, timings and scope.
• Hold daily stand-ups with creative team for live status tracking.
• Communicate translation and approvals to stakeholders.
• Assess resource needs and risks upstream.
• Provide status updates to Regional Producer.
• Build relationships with media agencies and stakeholders.
• Support regional planning, status, risks and challenges.
• Escalate production issues to regional leadership.
• Oversee campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Ensure on-time delivery of assets with quality control.
