Job summary

A digital transformation company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to review fraud patterns and document investigations while training new team members. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and ideally have 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication skills in English, analytical attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for this role. Flexible working hours will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex situations and patterns of fraudulent and suspicious trends, measuring impact to find solutions to mitigate and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Document investigations comprehensively and maintain high levels of confidentiality while conducting investigations.
  • Train and mentor newly hired agents, creating individual upskilling plans and appropriate training materials.
  • Analyze fraud pattern, create models and update existing ones to tackle ever‑changing fraud vectors.
  • Provide solutions that will help mitigate and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to report trend and system loopholes and initiate enhancement, preventive measures.

  • Experience: preferably with 1 year of working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree holder.

  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Organized, analytical and meticulous attention to details to spot anomalies and discrepancies.
    • Strong critical thinking, great judgment & decision‑making skills.
    • Strong investigative ability, due diligence, internet research skills.
    • Logical thinking, excellent judgment and ability to make quick accurate decisions.
    • Familiar with Google Workspace products (Google Sheet/ Slides/ Doc, etc.).
  • Flexibility: Able to work on shift, early morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
