Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to review fraud, risk, and payment investigations and ensure they align with SOPs. You will work with Risk Operations, Product, and Data teams to raise standards and improve alert quality.

Based in KL Eco City, you will perform structured QA reviews across trading and payments, verify evidence supports decisions, and track deviations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fraud/financial crime investigations or risk operations.
• QA/QC, case review, team-lead or senior reviewer experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payment methods and abuse patterns.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable with case management tools and basic data tools (Excel/Sheets); SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured QA reviews on alerts and full investigations across trading and payments.
• Ensure decisions, reasoning, and status are supported by evidence and SOPs.
• Verify investigators follow workflow and escalation rules; document gaps.
• Provide constructive feedback, participate in calibration sessions, and track QA metrics.
