Strategic Planning & Market Research

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential territories to identify expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities for franchise recruitment and brand visibility.

Contribute to the development of franchise policies, business models, and performance frameworks.

Training & Compliance

Ensure franchisees adhere to the company’s standards, operational guidelines, and brand integrity.

Coordinate training programmes for new franchisees to ensure smooth integration and consistent delivery of educational services.

Requirements
