Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including governance and compliance.
  • Proven track record advising on employee relations and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to people strategy and recruitment frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fractional/part-time executive capacity.
