A leading marine engineering firm in Johor is seeking an experienced FPSO Lead/Senior Marine Engineer to oversee marine engineering aspects of FPSO projects. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in FPSO design and is proficient in managing engineering deliverables. Responsibilities include leading design review, ensuring compliance with classification societies, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably with FPSO design, conversion, or operation projects.
• Familiar with Class and statutory requirements, and industry standards (API, ISO, IMO, OCIMF).
• Proven track record in managing marine engineering deliverables within EPC or shipyard environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all marine engineering aspects of FPSO projects.
• Review design deliverables and provide technical input.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines for effective management.
• Ensure compliance with classification societies and statutory requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of marine systems.
