Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking an HSSE Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects of an EPCC for a FPSO project. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, with at least 12 years of HSE management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HSE regulations. This position offers a 24-month contract with a focus on ensuring compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in HSE Management in Oil & Gas construction.
• At least 8 years in marine yard construction.
• Managed at least two projects involving major topsides fabrication or floater conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HSE aspects of the project.
• Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan.
• Conduct HSE audits and site inspections.
