• Excellent written and spoken English for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers and field teams on FPGA designs, emphasizing video connectivity.
• Lead resolution strategies for complex customer issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical docs, example designs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to align requirements with product capabilities.
• Validate out‑of‑the‑box video solutions and improve customer deployment experiences.
• Drive issue resolution to enable customers to evaluate and deploy solutions smoothly.
