Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a skilled Manager of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Treasury to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role combines FP&A leadership with treasury oversight to support strategic decisions and robust financial governance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in FP&A and treasury, strong modeling/forecasting skills, liquidity management expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel. Leadership of a small team is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; master or professional qualifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years FP&A and treasury experience, preferably in energy/utilities sectors.
• Proven track record leading FP&A and treasury in a multinational setting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics knowledge.
• Cash flow management, liquidity optimization, risk management, and capital structure know‑how.
• Proficient with MS Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel; treasury software experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasts, and long‑term financial planning.
• Oversee treasury: liquidity, financing, working capital management.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and model scenarios for investments.
• Drive process improvements in planning, reporting and treasury operations.
• Manage and develop a small finance team; collaborate cross‑functionally.
