Job summary

Job description
FP&A Responsibilities
  • Manage yearly budget process and quarterly rolling forecast by working closely with the finance team and business partners, assessing bottom‑up proposals to ensure alignment with company strategy and resource targets.
  • Analyze overall monthly financial performance; assist the CFO and head of FP&A in preparing result decks for presentation to regional stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly closing cadence, review with accounting and FBP, coordinate across functions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and robust reporting; raise red flags on significant KPI deviations.
  • Monitor overhead performance, ensuring efficiency and reasonableness of spending; act as business partner for IT, HR, and admin teams.
  • Monitor non‑FTE budget and performance, driving non‑FTE efficiency.
  • Serve as liaison with Regional FP&A and other regional functions such as marketing, accounting, and tax as needed.
  • Collaborate with the larger finance team (Accounting, FBP, FP&A, etc.) to drive the full P/L.
Support Responsibility
  • Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance.
  • Set up and maintain financial governance policies, processes, and systems to support the business.
  • Manage stakeholders from business functions, regional business units, and regional finance teams to align and support initiatives, reporting requirements, and Singapore‑related requests and queries.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (knowledge of Accounting is a plus).
  • Comfortable with large data sets; proficiency in SQL a plus.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant work experience as a financial or business analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
  • Sharp business acumen combined with solid analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Interest in e‑commerce.
