Job summary

KUMKANG KIND (M) SDN. BHD. invites fresh graduates to join our engineering team in Petaling Jaya as a CAD Draftsman for formwork and aluminium system projects.

You will assist in preparing system/formwork drawings using AutoCAD and learn company standards. You'll read architectural and structural DWG drawings, coordinate with the design and project teams, and revise drawings as instructed. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings (DWG).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to learn formwork/system design and technical drawing.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• No prior working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing system/formwork drawings using AutoCAD.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural DWG drawings.
• Assist the design/SCP team in developing formwork/system layouts according to project requirements.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on engineers’ or project teams’ instructions.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on time.
• Learn and apply company standards, design procedures, and technical requirements.
