Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in machine operation; HVAC/ACMV experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Kulai.
• Hardworking, proactive, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test machines at the start of shifts to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform regular checks and testing procedures to maintain machine performance during production.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Measure product dimensions to meet order specifications.
• Ensure machines produce quality output through periodic inspections.
• Handle machines during emergencies such as power outages or failures.
• Follow plant safety guidelines, report incidents immediately, and use PPE.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and update supervisors on progress.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
