Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chat
  • Educating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platforms
  • Communicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chat
  • Assisting other departments
Candidate profile:
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in FX and financial markets is preferred
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • MUST HAVE FOREX EXPERIENCE

  • Interview with People team (30 min - 35 min).
  • Interview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectations.
