Job summary

An established automotive repair workshop in Malacca City is seeking a skilled individual to manage and coordinate repair tasks for the mechanic team. The role involves diagnosing vehicle issues, ensuring quality repair works, and communicating with customers. A basic salary of RM2500 to RM3500 is offered based on experience, with commission opportunities for performance.

Job description

1. Manage and assign repair tasks to the mechanic team.
2. Inspect, diagnose, and confirm faults in vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
3. Ensure all repair works meet safety and quality standards.
4. Communicate with customers regarding repair status, recommendations, and quotations.
5. Arrange spare parts ordering and manage inventory.
6. Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
7. Ensure smooth daily workshop operations and on-time vehicle delivery.
8. Complete vehicle repair, maintenance, and overhaul work with our mechanic team
9. Operate all types of hand tools and power tools correctly.

Additional Skills (Advantage)

• Proficient in using diagnosis scanner functions, including but not limited to:
• Reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).
• ECU programming or configuration (where applicable).
• System reset and calibration (e.g., throttle body, steering angle sensor).

Basic salary RM2500~RM3500 (excluding commission).

Commission will be based on individual sales performance or additional completed jobs.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills
