Are you an experienced Foreman looking for a new challenge? Saifzie Enterprise' is seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team in Bukit Jelutong Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and leading a team of skilled technicians and mechanics
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Scheduling and coordinating the workflow to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Providing technical guidance and support to the team
• Liaising with customers and managing their expectations
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary parts and supplies
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry. Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply as well!
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure high‑quality work
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships
