Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workshop technicians and mechanics.
  • Allocate repair and service tasks based on technician skill levels and workload.
  • Oversee quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery.
  • Assist technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle problems.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer and safety standards.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workshop.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for workflow efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior technicians.
  • Document and report daily workshop activities and performance.
