Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workshop technicians and mechanics.
- Allocate repair and service tasks based on technician skill levels and workload.
- Oversee quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle problems.
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workshop.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior technicians.
- Document and report daily workshop activities and performance.
Skills
