About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM in Taman Molek Johor. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests, and guide them to their tables
• Take food and drink orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently, and maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
• Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Good time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
• Familiarity with food and beverage menus, and the ability to make recommendations to customers
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
