Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to food or halal management.
• Certification as a Halal Executive is a plus.
• Certification in Food Handler Training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety and halal regulations.
• Conduct internal training and audits related to food safety and halal.

Responsibility

1. Food Safety & Halal Compliance
   • Coordinating foodline staff to comply with authority requirements (Typhoid vaccination/Food Handler Training)
   • To assist with visitation & audit from the authority (MOH/PBT/JAKIM)
   • Check Food Safety & Halal compliance (Staff/ Department)
   • To maintain HACCP & HALAL system certification at outlets
   • To assist in pest monitoring
   • To assist and investigate on customer complaints related to food/halal
2. Conduct Training (Internal)
   • Chemical training
   • CCP training
   • Halal-related training
3. To conduct an audit (internal)
   • To conduct monthly Food Safety & Halal Audit
   • To conduct a cross Food Safety & Halal Audit at any of AEON outlets (if any)
4. Others
   • Report submission – Food Safety & Halal
   • Attending meeting & training (if any)
   • Document compilation related to Food Safety & Halal compliance
   • Advise the store manager on Food Safety & Halal related issues.
