Halal Food Manufacturing - Food Production Operator

Salary range RM 1700 to 2300 Basic, have provided halal meal

JOB DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION OPERATOR
  1. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  2. Prepare production equipment according to the production schedule and product specifications. Verify all settings are accurate before commencing operations.
  3. Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure correct and efficient functioning.
  4. Make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance and product quality.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to prevent production interruptions. Promptly report major breakdowns to section heads and maintenance personnel for repairs.
  6. Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
  7. Conduct regular stock checks and promptly report shortages or discrepancies to section heads.
  8. Measure and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes. Load ingredients into machines and monitor mixing, baking, and packaging processes to ensure products meet quality standards at each stage.
  9. Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Minimize waste and optimize the use of materials and resources.
  10. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control reports. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  11. Perform regular quality checks on products during various stages of production.
  12. Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, HACCP, HALAL).
  13. Report any quality issues related to food safety to section heads. Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas according to company hygiene standards.
  15. Support any ad hoc activities as required to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
