Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a passionate Murex System Analyst (FO/BO) in Kuala Lumpur to translate business requirements into functional and technical Murex solutions. You will support FO/BO modules, collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance, and manage the full trade lifecycle from capture to settlement.

The role requires at least 3 years in related fields, working on Murex configurations, testing, and issue resolution, with a strong focus on delivering robust, scalable

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Murex functional and technical solutions.
• Provide functional support for Murex FO and BO modules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Configure Murex workflows, data, products, events, and business rules as required.
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle processes from capture to settlement.
• Perform root-cause analysis of production issues and document resolutions.
• Participate in Murex upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Prepare test cases, deployment notes, and knowledge-base documents.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FO, BO Murex System Analyst to join our team.

JD:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Murex functional and technical solutions.
• Provide functional support for Murex Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) modules.
• Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
• Configure and support Murex trade lifecycle processes from trade capture through settlement.
• Support trade booking, validation, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Murex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements, fixes, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Configure Murex workflows, static data, products, events, and business rules as required.
• Support integration between Murex and downstream/upstream systems.
• Work with interfaces, feeds, settlements, confirmations, and external messaging.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Support EOD/BOD processes and investigate batch failures.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation between Murex and external systems.
• Participate in Murex upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Provide production support and participate in incident and problem-management activities.
• Prepare test cases, deployment documents, release notes, and knowledge-base documents.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
