Job summary

dtcpay is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to build and optimize mobile apps for Android and iOS, delivering high‑quality, performant experiences. The role is based fully onsite in Kuala Lumpur and requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ship features on schedule.

You will work on hybrid architecture with Native Shell + Web SPA, implement JSBridge connections, tackle WebView performance, and maintain clean, testable code using Dart and Flutter best practices, while communicating

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional mobile development experience.
Proficient in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C).
Strong Dart and Flutter knowledge with state management.
Experience with WebView, JSBridge, and hybrid frameworks.
Excellent Git version control skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin for vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Contribute to Hybrid architecture using Native Shell + Web SPA and core native containers.
Implement cross‑platform communication bridges (JSBridge).
Improve WebView performance, memory usage, offline caching, and bottleneck resolution.
Troubleshoot cross‑platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
