OneJar in Malaysia (Selangor) is seeking a Flutter Mobile Engineer to design and deliver cross‑platform mobile apps. The role requires building high quality Flutter apps for Android and iOS, collaborating with backend and product teams, and maintaining robust code with tests.

The successful candidate will contribute to agile ceremonies, performance tuning, and code reviews, with a hybrid work setup and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven Flutter development experience with production apps (3+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience with third-party libraries and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile apps using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver features.
• Translate designs and requirements into functional code.
• Write clean, scalable Dart code following best practices.
• Optimize apps for speed, responsiveness, and performance.
• Explore new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Ensure app compliance with platform guidelines.
