Job summary

A growing automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated Fleet Technical Assistant. This role involves providing support with diagnostics for multi-brand commercial vehicles and assisting customers with their needs. Candidates should have a diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronics and an interest in heavy vehicles. Strong communication skills in both BM and English are required. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with potential travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome with relevant diploma/cert.
• Candidates should have a keen interest in diagnostics and heavy vehicles.
• Willingness to travel in KL/Selangor and occasionally outstation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site truck & bus diagnostics using Jaltest.
• Capture data, photos & prepare simple reports.
• Support customer communication & appointment scheduling.
• Help with demos, trainings & field visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals & follow-ups.
• Coordinate licenses & technical requests with Cojali.

Skills

Education
