• Assist in planning driver routes using Zonal or Manual Routing.
• Help Station Head with daily routine tasks like receiving shipments.
• Maintain the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
• Comply with Ninja Van's Quality Policies and objectives.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
• Assist Station Head in Station's daily routine tasks:
  • Receive & Return shipment
  • Sorting
  • Van Inbound
  • Latlong Parcel
  • PETS Ticket creation
  • Route Monitoring
  • Route Inbound
  • Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)

• Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
• Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
• Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
• Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
• Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
• Any other task instructed by superior

Other Responsibilities

• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
