Job Description
  • Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
  • Assist Station Head in Stations’ daily routine tasks:
  • Receive & Return shipment
  • Sorting
  • Van Inbound
  • Latlong Parcel
  • PETs Ticket creation
  • Route Monitoring
  • Route Inbound
  • Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
  • Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
  • Assist Station Head to ensure all required documents are properly kept and updated.
  • Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
  • Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
  • Any other task instructed by supervisor.
Others
  • Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
  • Take care of own and others' safety.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
