Job summary

A logistics services company in Malaysia is seeking individuals to assist in driver route planning and daily station tasks. The ideal candidates will be responsible for logistics operations, assisting the Station Head, and ensuring proper document management. Fresh graduates and those with strong problem-solving skills are highly encouraged to apply. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • No formal experience required, prior relevant experience is advantageous.

  • Assist in planning the driver route.
  • Support the Station Head in daily tasks including sorting and document management.
  • Maintain the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.

Job Descriptions
  • Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
  • Assist Station Head in Stations’ daily routine tasks:
  • a. Receive & Return shipment
  • b. Sorting
  • c. Van Inbound
  • d. Latlong Parcel
  • e. PETs Ticket creation
  • f. Route Monitoring
  • g. Route Inbound
  • h. Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
  • Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
  • Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
  • Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
  • Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
  • Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
  • Any other task instructed by superior
Others
  • Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
  • Take care of own and others' safety.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others
Requirements
  • Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No formal experience is required, though any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
