Job summary

Viking Fitness in Malaysia is seeking passionate Full-Time Personal Trainers to join our team. If you have a strong interest in fitness, enjoy helping people achieve goals, and have good communication skills, we welcome you to be part of our growing team.

You will conduct fitness consultations, design personalized workout plans, guide members with proper techniques, promote training packages, and contribute to member engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and understand members' goals.
• Create personalized workout plans for members.

• Promote and sell personal training packages to meet monthly targets.
• Support gym floor operations and ensure a positive member experience.
• Assist in marketing promotions and member engagement/retention.
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Passionate and motivated about fitness, workouts, and healthy lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and training methods.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Personal Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.

• Willing to work on shifts and weekends according to schedule.
• Potential earnings up to RM9,000 - RM12,000+ per month including commission for top performers.
