A financial services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement Committee Secretariat. The ideal candidate will manage tendering standards and processes, support secretariat activities, and require strong writing skills and proficiency in English. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in procurement sourcing are essential for this role.
Procurement Committee Secretariat (PCS) FLE supports the PCS Lead in managing the tendering standards and processes for the Bank. The FLE is responsible for the execution and management of the tendering process undertaken at Centralised Procurement Departments level and perform the secretariat duties to coordinate, prepare and compile procurement committee meetings documents, ensure documents submitted to PC meet the required quality and standards, as well as comply with the procurement policies and procedural requirements for tender to facilitate efficient and smooth tendering process for all sourcing events. The FLE is required to demonstrate strong writing skills and a high level of proficiency in the English language.
