Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product support or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Draft business and technical requirements for new product features.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
• Assist with post-launch issues and customer complaints.
