Job summary

A finance solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Operations Manager. You will lead client onboarding, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in operations management. Strong communication skills and a fintech background are preferred. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Preferred with a fintech background.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with Mandarin being an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Provide product guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• Prepare and deliver onboarding reports and updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Gather client feedback to enhance service quality.
• Conduct onsite visits for hands-on support.
• Oversee daily operations to meet company standards.
• Develop a deep understanding of company products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
