Job summary

Earning Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia offers an internship providing hands-on experience in financial planning, client engagement, business development and professional development within the financial services industry.

You will assist with understanding clients' needs, prepare materials, and engage in training sessions, with a monthly internship allowance and guidance from a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Melayu.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong interest in financial services and financial planning industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; confident, proactive and comfortable interacting with different people.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in understanding clients' financial needs and goals
• Support the preparation of basic financial planning and presentation materials
• Communicate with clients and assist with follow-ups when required
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and professional development activities
• Assist with business development and client engagement activities
• Gain exposure to financial products, financial planning concepts and industry knowledge
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the team
