You Will
  • Act as a Lead in Malaysia, overseeing the team responsible for chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and other financial operations processes
  • Be hands-on in operations, especially in the initial phase — gaining a deep understanding of the end-to-end chargeback process, including submission to the network, documentation, and resolution handling
  • Develop, optimize, and update operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency across markets
  • Maintain and update operations dashboards and tracking systems to monitor team performance and key operational metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless user experience
Requirements
  • Have at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in the financial or fintech industry
  • Possess strong operational knowledge of chargeback processes — from case submission to the network through to resolution and closure
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and guide others toward shared goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Analytical and structured thinker, capable of identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, able to manage confidential and sensitive data with care
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
