Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking energetic and target-driven Financial Loan Consultants to join our growing outsource team in Kuala Lumpur. You will help customers find suitable personal or business financing solutions while delivering excellent service.

Earn up to RM10,000+ monthly income with a basic salary and commissions. Training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin or other local languages is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal loan, banking financial services or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote multiple loan products to new and existing customers.
• Contact potential customers through messages, referrals and assigned leads.
• Explain loan packages, eligibility requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Assist customers with loan applications and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
• Follow up on submitted applications and update customers on their application status.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and submission targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide professional after-sales support.
• Ensure all sales activities and loan applications follow company requirements.
• Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales results.
