A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Financial Executive/Personal Banker for a banking role in Perak. The role involves promoting bancassurance products and requires candidates with at least SPM qualification and experience in sales. Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage. This full-time position offers a basic salary of RM3000-RM7000 plus other incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification required with at least 3 years working experience.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage.

• Basic Salary of RM3000-RM7000 (not including commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Yearly incentive trips and performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
• Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
• Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (possesses at least 5 passes including BM) with at least 3years working experience
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage
• Result-driven with a strong interest in Sales and Marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus!
• Possess own transport and willing to travel where required
