Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage the company's capital structure, financing activities, and treasury operations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's financial assets.
  • Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulatory and tax exemption requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
  • Lead the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, with a track record of success in strategic financial leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and control processes.
  • Experience with debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management presentation skills.
  • Able to present confidently and articulate Financial numbers to the Management team and EXCO Team.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work with Group Finance and meet HQ Finance Policies and adhere strictly to Group Consolidation datelines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is a must.
