• Review MDF reservation requests to ensure compliance with program documents and terms.
• Track Purchase Orders and claims for policy compliance.
• Process claims in alignment with company policies.
• Review MDF program documentation for funding structure and terms.
• Communicate and resolve transaction discrepancies with business partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for reviews, audits and SOX compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls.
