About this Role

You play a vital role in supporting our rapidly growing data-technology operations, working in a dynamic, AI-driven environment where financial accuracy, project accountability, and digital innovation come together. As part of a global team, you will oversee financial activities that support large-scale AI, data annotation, and technology projects across multiple countries. Job Responsibilities

1. Perform full sets accounting.
2. Responsible for invoicing and payment processing.
3. Act as project admin, responsible for project P&L, coordinating project activities, supporting documentation and reporting.
4. Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimize performance and decision-making.
5. Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in system.
6. Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issues to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
7. Assist in liaison with external parties on audit, tax agent, banker and etc.
8. To monitor creditor's aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate.
9. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related fields.
2. Professional certificate such as CA/CPA/ACCA is highly desirable.
3. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience including month-end closing and full set of accounts will have an advantage
4. Good command in spoken and written in English.
5. Good accounting & organizing skills
6. Fast & effective : high accuracy required
7. Able to work independently or as a team
8. Have experience using accounting software will be beneficial.
