ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for finance professionals who have strong consolidation knowledge and want to transition into finance transformation and solution implementation.

As a Financial Consolidation Consultant, you will work at the intersection of Finance and IT, helping clients streamline and automate their Consolidation and Financial Reporting processes using CCH Tagetik.

You will translate complex financial and consolidation requirements into smart, scalable CPM solutions. You will gain hands‑on experience across industries, work directly with global clients, and develop expertise that positions you as a trusted finance transformation specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Design, configure, and implement CCH Tagetik solutions with a strong focus on Consolidation processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data flows.
  • Work closely with a team of consultants and collaborate directly with global stakeholders.
  • Support clients in improving Group Close cycles, regulatory reporting and management reporting.
  • Take ownership of assigned project deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and present solution designs or demos when needed.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, new CPM functionalities, and relevant IFRS developments.
  • Proactively propose creative, efficient solutions to technical and finance process challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in CPM, financial consolidation, audit or financial reporting (Big 4 experience highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in finance transformation, CPM/ ERP implementation
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS consolidation treatments and related standards
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, or management reporting
  • Basic SQL skills or an interest in expanding technical capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalents are highly preferred
