The Finance Team Lead will oversee the shared service center operations, including the OTC, RTR and PTP pillars, within the accounting and finance department, ensuring efficiency and compliance. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the shared service center in the APAC region, including the three pillars; OTC, PTP and RTR
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting and finance functions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the shared service center team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for financial operations.Oversee audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
