Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the operations of the shared service center in the APAC region, including the three pillars; OTC, PTP and RTR
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting and finance functions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the shared service center team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for financial operations.
  • Oversee audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Relevant educational qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in managing accounting and finance operations within a shared service center environment.
