Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation to Cost Accounting and worldwide cross‑functional teams on costing, inventory accounting & management to ensure financial accuracy & compliance.
  • Lead and support integration of Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture projects, enterprise projects and business initiatives.
  • Drive and support process improvement projects that help improve business process performance and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with business/order fulfillment and provide financial analysis and accounting support.
  • Lead team members to ensure excellent operations and meet or exceed KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration; OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, with typically 4 to 5 years’ practical experience in business support, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage projects across geographies and functions.
  • Experience in Oracle and cost accounting.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
