Job summary

Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking a Finance – Shared Services professional to support management accounts, month-end close, and audit processes. The role requires 3–5 years in SSC, a degree or professional accounting certification, and strong Excel and English skills.

The candidate will work in a multinational setting, contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and end-to-end financial reporting for the region. On-site in Subang Jaya, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certification in Accountancy.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in multinational organisations and fast-changing environments.
• Experience with finance transformation initiatives and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of management accounts, financial results, and forecasts, ensuring proper recording of revenue, expenses and balance sheet items.
• Support audit process and related statutory financial reports.
• Perform month-end close within set timelines.
• Collaborate with Country Finance on reporting, controls, audit, and tax matters; uphold internal controls.
